How to Apply

Find your passion at HWIS

We welcome families to express their interest in Hong Wen International School. The Admissions Team will guide applicants from the initial application through assessment, review, and placement.

Application Process

From application to enrollment

Follow the steps below to begin the admissions process at HWIS.

Submit Your Application

Express your interest by completing the HWIS application form. Once the application is submitted, the admissions process will begin. Families may also attend an Open House or arrange a personal campus visit.

Admissions Review

After receiving the application, the Admissions Team will review the submitted information and contact the family regarding the next steps. Where appropriate, a meeting may be arranged to understand the student’s academic background and learning needs.

Placement Assessment

Applicants will be invited to complete placement assessments in English and Mathematics. Students may also meet with teachers or school staff on the assessment day.

Placement Decision

Following the assessment, the Admissions Team will review the results together with the application materials and determine whether an offer of placement can be made.

The application and assessment process helps HWIS understand each student’s academic background, learning needs, and readiness for the appropriate grade level and program.
