HWIS Senior Interhouse Sports Day
HWIS held its highly anticipated Senior Interhouse Sports Day, bringing together students from Grades 10 to 12 for a day of athletic competition and teamwork. The event was a resounding success, filled with energy, excitement, and school spirit.
The day kicked off with intense yet friendly matches in table tennis and badminton, where players showcased their precision and agility.
As the event progressed, students took to the courts and fields for volleyball, basketball, and frisbee, emphasizing strategy, coordination, and trust among teammates. Each game challenged participants to communicate effectively and rely on one another, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration.
Beyond competition, the event fostered camaraderie and sportsmanship, as students encouraged one another and celebrated their efforts. Regardless of the final scores, every participant played a crucial role in building a strong and united community. As the day concluded, one message stood out: ”Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.“ – Henry Ford.
