HWIS at the Hong Wen Sports Day｜Run Beyond. Be Remarkable.
Under the warm sunlight and cheering crowds, HWIS students ran toward their own milestones with confidence and determination. This year’s Hong Wen Sports Day carried the theme “Run Beyond – Build Remarkable Character,” and HWIS was honored to represent our students and join our principal in igniting the ceremonial flame, symbolizing pride, unity, and the beginning of the games.
Our students participated in a wide range of athletic events—including the 800m, 200m, 100m, 400m relay, high jump, long jump, and shot put—earning excellent results across multiple categories. Yet beyond medals and rankings, what truly stands out is the spirit they demonstrated: discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and dignity on and off the field.

Academics, character, physical development, resilience, leadership—every dimension matters. And every student deserves a stage to shine. Sports are not only about speed or power; they are a training ground for character—learning to strive, to respect, to rise again, and to celebrate personal breakthroughs.
